Returns Authorization Form

At Moore Speed Racing, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a return authorization process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Read the terms and conditions
  2. Fill out the form below
  3. Our team will respond to your request within 24 hours - Monday to Friday
  4. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return

Note: Only products that are in their original condition and packaging will be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged or has been used.

We strive to make the return process as easy as possible and appreciate your understanding in following our return policy. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Return Terms and Conditions

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 14 days of receipt.

Subject to the following conditions:

  • Item(s) are returned, carriage paid by the customer
  • Item(s) are received in a resalable condition (tags not removed)
  • Item(s) should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a full refund
  • Item(s) are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced or security seals opened)
  • We may not authorise items for return which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification. If return is authorised, a handling charge may be incurred. Handling charges will vary and will be calculated on a case by case basis.
  • All returns are to be accompanied by the sender’s name, address, contact details, invoice number or order number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc. You may require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.

Returns will be processed within 2 working days of the order being received back and refunds can take between 1-3 working days depending on payment method to return into the account.


Faulty Items

If a suspected faulty item has been returned, and is not faulty in any way then we will deduct the cost of the out going postage from the refund amount. If an item is suspected to be faulty, it will need to be returned to base for inspection and/or testing at our cost, then a full refund or replacement will be processed at the customers wish.


Exchanging Items

If you would like to exchange an item, please enter the details of the item you would like to exchange for below in the form and purchase the desired shipping method which you would like us to send the exchange item via by CLICKING THIS LINK. (For large and heavy items over 2KG, you will be required to purchase the courier shipping method. Once we have received your return and it has been processed, we will dispatch the exchange item (subject to stock availability).


Note: Please do not return any items without being provided with a returns number, items may not be received by the correct department and sent back to sender. A member of staff will contact you with a returns number ASAP.
