Please note that due to the global pandemic, all product delivery dates advertised on the website may be inaccurate. 80% of our suppliers have been suffering from low to no stock and extended restock lead times due to high levels of customer orders and manufacturing delays. This is out of ours and our suppliers control. Please be mindful of this if thinking about chasing your order.
All items we have in stock will be picked, packed and dispatched same day if ordered before 12AM.
Please be prepared to wait for any special order items, as typical lead times from suppliers are doubling/tripling. If you place an order with us, (namely for Rizoma & Indian parts), please be prepared to wait at least 4 weeks before chasing your order.
If you would like to check the dispatch lead time before ordering, please email us and we will fulfill your request as fast as we can.
We still have a number of staff on furlough and are experiencing increased number of orders, email and telephone enquiries. We endeavour to respond to all enquiries within the typical time of 24 hours but please be prepared to wait 1-3 days to have your enquiry processed.
Shipping lead times:
Royal Mail and DPD are experiencing a very high level of orders, please be prepared to wait a day or two longer than the typical suggested lead time for the relevant method. Tracking details will be provided when we dispatch your order.
Our workshop is open and running but with 25% less technicians than normal. Because of this, and coupled with a local motorcycle dealer closing, we are seeing a high level of workshop bookings, we are currently booking to a minimum of 4-6 weeks in advance and only taking on service/repair/MOT work.
Our motorcycle showroom is open for viewing but please also remember we are offering nationwide delivery from £150 if you do not want to visit the showroom to view/collect. Any sold motorcycles are still subject to the same pre-delivery inspection by our technicians, but please note these inspections may take a little longer to get processed due to our busy workshop schedule.
