In the 90's Arrow gained acknowledgement as one of the most important companies and brands in motorcycling. Arrow also made new investments into research and development, creating the Race-Lab to provide on-track support to teams. During this time Arrow also created new product lines of exhaust for scooters and street bikes, experimenting with carbon fibre and titanium.
After 2000 Arrows commitment to racing and motor sports proved itself - with over 40 world titles in many different classes. The quest for higher performance, better materials and unique style had an unquestionable effect on production, with Arrow now being capable in every process, from design, development, testing and production of exhaust systems for sports bikes, street bikes, off-road bikes, tourers & cruisers, scooters and maxi-scooters. A very large share of products are available in a street legal version, compliant with European standards.
Most recently, Arrow have introduced 3D CAD modelling, laser trimming stare-of-the-art machines, automated stores for components, and the latest generation bending machines also making improvements to their tooling departments - with new machinery and software. All of this is lead manufacturers such as Aprilia, Betamotor, Husqvarna, Moto Guzzi, MV Agusta, Kawasaki Malaysia, Piaggo and Triumph to ask Arrow to design, develop and produce OES and OEM Exhaust systems for them.
All Design, Development, Testing and Production processes are completed in Arrows facility in Italy.
