Our Returns Policy

1. Timeframe for Returns:
   
   We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide that the item isn't quite right for you, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
2. Return Process:
   
   Returning an item is hassle-free. Simply fill the details out on our online returns form and once we have authorised it for you, we will reach out with the returns details and instructions.
3. Refund or Exchange:
   
   We offer you the flexibility to choose what works best for you. You can opt for a refund to your original payment method, exchange the item for a different size, colour, or receive store credit to use on your next purchase.
4. Restocking Fees:
   
   We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged, defaced or security seals opened. Handling charges may also be incurred if goods have been specifically ordered in from suppliers - charges calculated on a case by case basis.
5. Exceptions:
   
   While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are a few exceptions. Personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods and downloadable software are not eligible for return. Please reach out to our team for any clarification.
